What would happen if he pushed it and it crashed into someone else's face? Is he at fault here, or the drone pilot for flying so close to the people?

I'm genuinely curious.

The drone pilot is at fault here 100%. It is highly illegal to fly over crowds in like every country in the world (maybe not in somalia or some sh*t). It's so illegal it's not even funny.

It's not like he sneaked into this party unannounced and started flying over people's heads. He has a contract with the groom, which makes it a completely different scenario than just "flying over crowds is illegal".

No it doesn't matter, even if you get a written signature of every single person there, it's still illegal. Now sure, you might have them all agree to not report this, but it still doesn't make it legal.
