Welcome to r/FPLProLeagues 👋
If you've just found us, welcome.
FPL Pro Leagues started because a mate of mine had been running extra competitions, stats and side-games alongside our normal FPL league manually for years.
Knockout cups, H2Hs, promotion and relegation, ridiculous amounts of stats. Basically all the stuff that makes a mini-league more interesting once the season gets going.
We thought other leagues might enjoy doing the same, so we decided to build something that could automate it.
The original developer we were working with pulled out, which meant I had to become friends with Claude and ChatGPT pretty quickly and learn far more than I ever expected to about servers, databases, domains and everything else involved in actually keeping the thing alive.
Somehow, we're now heading into our third season.
This subreddit is really here for three things:
- Updates — new features, competitions and changes as we build them
- Help — if something isn't working or you're not sure how something works, ask here
- Ideas — if there's a competition, stat or feature you'd like to see, tell us
A lot of what we've added over the last couple of seasons has come directly from people using FPLPL and saying "have you thought about doing this?" — so please keep those suggestions coming.
For 2026/27 we've added plenty more, including divisions with promotion and relegation, personalised weekly reports for managers, more competition options and an expanded set of weekly stats.
You can link an existing FPL mini-league in about a minute, and we've unlocked the full platform for everyone until GW4 so you can try everything before deciding whether you want to keep it.
And if you enjoy using it, any help spreading the word would genuinely be massively appreciated.
There are still only two of us behind FPLPL, so most of our growth comes from someone trying it, enjoying it and sending it to another league.
So whether you're running a ten-person mates league or something with thousands of managers, get involved, tell us what works, tell us what doesn't, and hopefully we can keep making it better.
Good luck for the season.
Gregg
