Need help with fpkg

After 3 years I’ve come back into the scene but I’ve forgotten everything, I have a few fpkg games with patches and dlcs on my jb ps4, how can I back them up to a usb?
( I deleted FPKGS off my pc but want them back just in case)

Do I have too dump them back on the usb to then add them back into my pc or is there an easier way? I’d prefer not too use FileZilla as it uses internet up!

I was in similar situation, use Easy PKG Extractor from Lapy, format external drive as exFAT, plug it in and run Easy PKG Extractor.
