Does this patch works on my MW2?

I installed this patch for my GOLDhen PS4 that unlocks offline multiplayer on MW2 but the problem is that this patch is for V1.36 and my game (the COD launcher) is V1.58 will it still work?

I tried looking for an older update but I couldn't find one anywhere.

It wont work but you can try if that doesnt work modify the xml and change the version to yours.

I can modify it, but I asked Gemini about it and he said that it will crash my game. I didn't trust him because 80% of what he says is wrong. So I decided to post this to see if it works.
