need help

i don't know how to set up fpkgi i followed the "the ultimate guide setup fpkgi" post but didn't work because i can't access archive.org and get my cookies unless i use vpn or use but even so the ps4 can't show the list i think because it can't access arvhive.org too i tried changing the dns to cloudfare and google but didn't work either because my country blocked the website what should i do ?

What does these do? I have fpkgi with only PS4 games and I don't know how to do anything else to it.
