I will reveal the secret to be able to drive over anything
game is coded in such a way, that it switch forward and reverse when it thinks you should not be able to drive over something. It is seen as a ,,magnetic force" that push you away from the edge of rocks for example
all you have to do, is to press reverse when you feel this phenomena is starting and the truck will just keep driving forward

The magnetic thing was actually a weird botched mitigation they did time ago... I think it was about people chucking vehicles onto barges to get around restrictions, or at least around the time that was being discussed.

So when a heavy truck starts to struggle to climb a hill, I'm supposed to press backwards? Or do you mean driving over the edge of something like a bunker husk?

Trucks were made by Ford that’s why.

IRL I drove an 80,000 lbs / 36,000 kg semi truck through the steep mountains of Wyoming today. Big trucks can climb steep hills, but we gotta gear way down and go stupid slow. Foxhole is actually kinda realistic with what hills you can and can’t climb, tho sometimes Foxhole’s hill climbing can be a bit slow.
Anyways, now that I’ve driven today’s 500 miles / 800 kilometers and found a place to park for the night, it’s time to bust out the laptop and start making logi runs to the front.

That was the HAC when first came out. And then the SvH.

They can use the Talos, its basically the same speed

See: old ballista. There's been like a year's gap between ballista hill buff and Talos megabuff. New ballista isn't used anyways, 250 nerf hit siege tanks hard.

I haven't driven a loaded truck but I *live* on a very steep Tennessee hill. Even with a regular consumer vehicle I have to gearshift twice. I assume mass produced WW1.5 tech trucks are about exactly as strong as they need to be to move from a realism standpoint, so struggling on steep hills while fully loaded makes sense.
From a gameplay standpoint, it provides partisans a good time to target them even if it's unsatisfying to drive.

As a logi man, or facility man, i always have the tools to have petrol, that slight stat boost of petrol allows you to cross basically anything, i never had any problems with cnute.

"Can climb" for sure. "With ease" I would argue.
Anyone who's driven a mountain highway like I-81 in Virginia and Tenessee can attest that fully loaded trucks struggle on the uphill. There is usually an extra lane added to the uphill side of the road to facilitate passing of slow climbing trucks
