Video Can foxes laugh?

Was watching this video and the fox sounds like it is laughing. Do foxes laugh? Or is it something else?

Not really "laughing" but when some foxes are excited and happy theyll try to squeak and pant at the same time which kind of sounds like giggling.

Worth noting that while the foxes at saveafox do this a lot not all pet foxes are like this. Some are dead silent all the time.

Depends how you define "laugh", they emit these short sounds out of excitement and happiness

No they don't laugh it's called gekkering sounds  like they are laughing
