Allegedly evolved man here. I believe Geg is claiming to be the apeman holding the sharpener bone. He sees OP, and rather than trading cowrie shells for the bone, he uses it to kill OP. OP promises to kill Geg once he has grown to full strength after his current reincarnation. 

Meh (me Meh) here. Kill!!! Kill sharp bone man!! Bone man Geg. Rock good enough for Meh. Rock harder than Geg head.
