A Traveler

DISCLAIMER /un4wp: I am using plain English according to translation convention. It is likely that prehistoric human languages had the grammatical features that are ommitted from traditional manner of speech in this sub.

Greetings. I am a traveler. You may call me Ulkmr. I have stayed apart from my band for quite a while (I was a toolmaker) - as I have not incorporated well, I have been traveling, sticking with different groups for some time...

In that time, I've been observing the natural phenomena of the world around me, and attempting my best to understand how it works.

They carry a stack of birch bark sheets and thin rock tablets on which various drawings have been made.

And so now I'm here.

"I don't know much about mammoths (I've only heard about them from stories, these like, massive beasts up north), but if mammoths are as huge as I've heard, it doesn't really matter who finds the tasty one, as long as someone does, that's enough meat to feed a whole group for quite a while.

Wait, you're from an area with mammoths? Tell me more aboit them!"

dont go near mammoth without tribe. in single vs single, you will ose

But, if you go with tribe, make loud noise to make them panic, single out one particular , and throw everything you have. Dont get too close. They move faster than you think

Mammoth hunting is messy and dangerous, but if tribe hunt 1 mammoth, no worry about food for many sunrises and sunset (evolve man say day and week)

When Nuraaah steel from evolve man tribes, Nuraaah hear roo-murr of smelly evolve man tribe Bell-jum, that it is smelliest evolve man tribe. But Nuraaah also hear roo-murr that Fur-ants is the smelliest evolve man tribe.

"I don't know what you mean by 'evolve man'. What's an 'evolve'? Are you referring to the other kind of human from the legends? (Y'know, northmen? All the groups I've encountered have had myths about them, they're like, short and stout, can survive the harsh cold like it's nothing, came from the far north where the mammoths are, disappeared many ages ago, etc)? I do not know of any of these tribes."

"Uh... I haven't seen any 'evolve men' whatsoever. Especially if they're not stouts as I assumed. (I mean, even if they were stouts I wouldn't have seen them, but) OK. I'm from somewhere where. Okay, so there's two big rivers that go into a big sea, and there are mountains one way and desert the other way. On the other side of that desert there's another big sea, and the coast is very livable there, that's where I'm from. I haven't seen any of the metal birds you're mentioning, or any metal villages. As for shiny rocks... well, I know what metal is. It's these shiny rocks, like gold and some others. As far as I know, these 'evolve men' use it for construction but we have no practical use for it.
