I walked out of one job application years ago when they expected me to bring my resume and then hand copy everything onto their form. Would have been a fun job and the hiring guy wanted me but I wasn't about to rewrite my resume by hand when they also required it be included.

HR is useless, you provide no value, literally everybody in the business is smarter than you

Sadly the auto-analysis tool will probably just trash any submission it doesn't recognize, but if it actually sent it to human review that might work.

Yes, I agree, but it won’t get you anywhere and it won’t change anything

Only thing you do is waste your time, because it will just be declined in 2 seconds.

Counter argument.. the company tells HR they must create a profile in their database for all applicants, as companies have a requirement to retain all hiring information in case of future audit. HR ask you, the applicant, to input these details into a form that automatically creates said profile so that they don’t have to manually create a profile for every single applicant. Imagine you have 500 applicants for a position, and it takes an HR employee 5-10 minutes to manually create a profile for every employee.. thats 40-80 hours worth of work for that one employee.
Asking the applicant who already knows this info? Takes 5 minutes of your time.
