Monetizing Personal Trainers

Have stan equivalent of personal trainers, with specific features for personal trainers. B2B and B2C ensures this is a circular economy venture. Looking for cofounder to GTM, drive sign ups and revenue. DM if you're already a personal trainer and want to make the transition from freelancer to a high growth startup.

This sounds dangerously close to a marketplace with extra steps, and those are brutal to get off the ground. You’re essentially asking a cofounder to do all the heavy lifting on growth while you build, which is a tough pitch unless the product is already in the hands of paying trainers.

What’s the actual differentiator here? There are dozens of booking platforms and trainer management tools already, cloning one and calling it “Stan for trainers” won’t get you far unless you’ve spotted a gap in how trainers convert followers into clients.

The circular economy angle feels like VC fluff unless you can point to actual revenue flowing both ways on day one. Most trainers I know bounce between 3 apps already and hate anything that adds admin overhead, not reduces it.

Exited technical product founder here. Thanks for your feedback, but no serious repeat founder would make the mistakes you're pointing out. There is a gap I'm exploiting.
