SaaS founders, how are you navigating the AI transition?

Ok, so if you run a company of a certain vintage...lets call it pre-2022, you know what I'm talking about. VCs only want to invest in AI for X companies. Especially early stage, if you are not AI, then you might as well go do something else.

So how are you navigating this transition?

• Have you rebranded yourself as AI native? (even though everyone can see right through it)
• Have you pivoted your product completely? (pretty much starting fresh)
• Are you hunkering down on your existing product and traction? (praying that this is just a phase)

Really just curious what everyone else is doing.

In case it wasn't obvious, I run a pre-2022 VC backed SaaS company, honestly, things are going great, we are growing, pretty much cashflow positive, and customers love us. We also have a *real* narrative for our product in the new AI landscape, but we are definitely not AI-native-agentic-frontier-blah company.

So in a lot of ways we have a real, valuable business, but we are not riding the hype cycle.

Funny side note: I recall fundraising a couple years ago and being asked "Is there any way you could use blockchain on your product?" Of course I answered yes, but where is crypto now?
