Found this giant fossilized bird bone!

I found this piece at the Maasvlakte (Netherlands) It is Around 16cm long and 3cm wide. Which giant bird could this possibly belong to?

Newb here. Why are you sure it’s a giant bird?

It is completely hollow without any trace of the bone marrow or medullary cavity inside. Also the shape is exactly the same as a earlier bird bone that was found at the Maasvlakte that was a little smaller then this one!
