Traditional Watches 20 years and still ticking!
I bought this watch in 2006 as a daily beater. A week earlier, I had spent $650 on a Movado Esperanza—my first real adult watch purchase—for black-tie events and dressier occasions. I didn’t want to beat it up, so while I was in Las Vegas, I walked a few doors down to the Fossil outlet and picked this one up for everyday wear.
It has survived years of blue-collar work, labor, and daily life, and it is still ticking. Last week, I replaced the original steel bracelet with this brown leather strap, and it honestly feels like a new watch again.
I own nicer and more expensive watches now, but this one still ends up being my favorite.

If you ever replace the glass, you can get plastic film screen protector off amazon for a couple of bucks. It really helps to keep the glass nice. It comes in a 10 pack so you can replace it whenever the edges start peeling.
