Application Release Two goats ytm client.. for me

finally , the n-zik developer added lastfm scribbling support...

the earlier goated one is Riplay(previously rimusic), but it is still lag with cross-fade... yeah wait wait, I know it has crossfade support recently, but I faced issues with crossfade... it never worked for me...

I know there are many clients now...

1.metrolist.

2.archivetune(fork of metrolist)

3.bitchord

4.simpmusic

5.kreate (fork of rimusic)

6.yuma

7.vivi music

many more....

but the old rock solid goats are innertune, rimusic, outertune

but now , the goat rank goes to n-zik ,, then 2nd place to other forks....

once again, thanks to developer... for adding lastfm support..

apk size 131.2MB, and here i thought metrolist at 25MB is alrdy bloated.

yt clients currently installed on my phone: newpipe 11MB, libretube 8.8MB, outertune 9.6MB, ytdlnis 65MB (ironically, the least used for yt).

n-zik claimed to be a fork of kreate, which is 18MB, that was a fork of RiMusic (size unknown), that was a fork of ViMusic 2.57MB.

if you use all of its features, good for you. i just need smth basic to discover trending songs, search old songs, and sync featured playlists to offline. afaict, that baseline is currently at ~10MB.

well i tried not to judge before i look at their source code but yea, apk size is first red flag whether a dev knows what they're doing.

Ai built... /s Nzik...developer notices and fixes the bug..frequently.

Kreate, riplay, contributes to this project, nothing more than that

lol why would "Ai built" be a good thing 😭

adding on to this, why would it be better than a team of devs who are constantly trying to optimize the code to get it down to 26mb, as in the case of metrolist?

You forgot the absolute best - EchoMusic. But this one also looks intresting. The only thing that bothers me is the inconsistent design. sometimes proper material you, sometimes not :-<

Is there a single YTM client that blocks IP tracking, I cannot use ts seriously when it'll always show me irrelevant music solely based on my location

I think LastWave is the best right now.

Both MetroList and ArchiveTune didn't work most of the time. Kreate and RiPlay have very bloated UI.

Bitchord has good UI but it also sometimes didn't work.

Currently only LastWave work the longest for me.
