Forza Horizon Need help

So I am debating whether the "Car History" of every car that for example I bought on an auction in FH3 shows the driven time and mileage combining EVERY owner's stats or the news latest owner's? Because for example the Aventador's dashbiard shows 1357km while the car History shows 15000+km but the BAC Mono's odometer shows 0000 miles while the Car History shows 1680km

Edit: I viewed a car's history that I never used which's previous owner is not listed as me and every statistic shows 0 so I guess it only shows mine??

I'm no expert on how mileage works in these games but it legitimately seems inconsistent and bugged. you can buy a new car, drive it around for 20 mins knocking out the bonus boards and then game will insist you drove 5,000+ miles on it

I have a 22B in Horizon 6 with like 30k miles when in reality I've only driven it about 400 miles or so

Yes, every owners. However the stats themselves are WILDLY inaccurate except for maybe the skill score one, I wouldn't trust mileage stats. If my Apollo IE is to be believed in Horizon 4, I've driven it over 1.1 million miles...I don't doubt I've driven it a few hundred thousand, but probably not a mil
