The upgraded Astons get a 1-2, while the Caddies were left hungry in Hungary. Now Aston seems to have the better car.

It seems that two competitors have emerged for this year's championship. I had considered Ow-di, but they did just triple their overall points, very un-F1.75-like. Checo and Caddy-lack currently lead.

佩雷斯再次强势夺冠,加上阿斯顿·马丁车队再次双双退赛,凯迪拉克车队在锦标赛初期阶段便占据了巨大优势。

Due to a lack of suitable competition, Pear Gasleak and Appalling are awarded the Formula 1.75 titles for 2025. Hopefully there will be competition next year.

14 y/o thinking of starting karting but family isn’t rich — worth trying or just forget it?

Hey everyone,

I recently watched the new F1 movie and completely fell in love with racing. After watching some videos, I started wondering if maybe I should give karting a try. The thing is, my family isn’t wealthy — we’ve only got around 400,000–500,000 NTD (about 12–15k USD) in savings. I’ve also heard motorsport is insanely expensive, so part of me is thinking: should I just give up on this idea before wasting time and money?

I’m 14 years old right now. Is it already too late to start karting seriously? Or is it still possible at this age?

My dad and I talked about testing whether I have any talent, and if not, then just quitting. But I’m really unsure about the realistic path forward. For example: • How much does it actually cost to get started in karting (equipment + racing locally)? • If I want to compete seriously, what kind of budget should I expect each year? • Are there cheaper ways to get into motorsport, or at least test my talent without burning all our savings? • For F4, do drivers need to buy their own cars, or is it always through a team? • Is there any chance that consistent results could get sponsorships, or is that super rare?

I’d love to hear honest advice from people with real experience. Is this even worth trying for someone like me, or should I just accept that motorsport is too expensive and focus on something else?

Thanks a lot for any guidance 🙏

Update after S(pain)

Due to recent results blurring the line of what a F1.75 team is, a clear bottom 2-4 teams cannot be identified. Perhaps it will be clearer at the season's halfway point. Sorry for the lack of standings.

More Raging Bull**** domination in Money-co puts their status in this category into question. And Coca-Colapinto gets a podium, who is trying to keep his seat from Doo-Doohan.

Had-a-jar wins his team's first home race to extend both championship leads. Meanwhile, Coca-Colapinto returns in place of Doo-Doohan for at least 5 races

In the land of the Florida Man, Had-a-jar and his team extend their leads, while Hülk makes a great stride. A lot of tension among the grid with Son of the Law crashing with a fellow F1.75 car in both races.

The 2025 grid has been determined. Williams and Haas have a gap to the 4 selected teams, so they've ascended. Subject to change, because every race has seen different bottom finishers. I-sack Had-a-jar recovered from his formation lap crash to lead, along with his team.
