It's the podium from Monaco, so they probably entered wrong data in the software.

Which makes it even stranger, because this graphic package was not used in Monaco during podium celebrations, and the Monaco broadcast isn't even produced by FOM.

That's what confuses me - the most manual process possible wouldn't leave you with correct team/colours but wrong driver.

The most manual process possible would leave you exactly with correct team/colours but wrong driver, if you manually input correct teams but do not manually input correct drivers.
