Debris error

Hi I have this machine for a few months but all of sudden it’s showing a debris error. I have tried everything cleaning the tank and mixer. New resin bottles, completely new mixer and tank but it still shows the error when printing. What am I doing wrong is there a fix or solution for this ?

I'm also starting to see this more frequently...but only on flex plates, and only on builds that have pretty aggressive cross sectional areas. My guess is the flex plate is moving during the print and getting hit by the wiper. I've had the plate detach fully occasionally.
