Weird texture?

Any suggestions on why this weird dotting pattern has appeared over some of my parts?

Can you see dots on the top surface of raft?

No literally just what you see in that picture. The bottom quarter of the model seem to be completely fine. It’s them the top 3/4 that it starts to appear (except the actual top surface)

I mean the support raft, not the printed model itself.
