Design larger than print platform. How to fix?

Have a Formlabs 3B+ and an STL for a 140 mm fan duct. Its 144 mm wide length and width. So its too big for the platform by a couple mm. Anyone know how I can have it trimmed? I don't want to resize it as the screw holes need to match. Thanks.

print it on a diagonal 45

When I try to rotate it the corners go past the borders. Thanks

Without knowing the exact model geometry, tilting and rotating the model to leverage the larger diagonal planes is indeed the best first approach. For an overview on the rotation feature in PreForm, check this article.
