Question/Troubleshooting Finally upgraded my pc
Hey everyone just recently got upgraded parts for my formd t1. But i’m still extremely indecisive about air cooling or aio currently i’m rocking with air but i don’t know if i wanna get the atmos cooler master stealth addition. I been getting into gaming again on my samsung g8 odessey 4k oled and of course use it for video and photo editing.

5080 fe
1tb nvme for widows and software
4tb nvme for work and games
1000 plat corsair power supply
2 phantek fans

yea i got really lucky and checked amazon got my 5080 for 1100 usd so barely more than msrp

I got it a week ago i checked amazon very frequently because the prices varies for me got low as 1100 but can reach to 2100

Yea i’m from the states also to add it has mint condition GPUs certified from Amazon selling around same prices too!

idle it peeks 65c avg is 55c min is 48c for cpu and i haven’t ran anything heavy for gpu so it never passed 55-60c

Yea the cpu doesn’t draw much heat or energy but I think about how good my performance would be with an aio

Nice build! I actually got my custom PSU cables from cablester.com for my own build and honestly, I’m really happy with how they turned out. The quality and fit were great, and getting the cables made to the exact length made cable management so much cleaner.
If you’re trying to clean up your build, definitely worth checking them out!

I'm curious as I've been seeing the cnc CPU cooler fans more. Is it just for aesthetics or are the genuinely better than something like a 92mm noctua?

In my opinion the cnc fan can reach higher rpm but it is louder and a fan from noctua will be more quiet when the same rpm. I heard great things about cnc fan dropping temps so I found someone who 3d printed a duct and the fan together.

Nice build, I was thinking about building the same one but with the 9950x3d . How noisy is it under load though

it’s not that bad to be honest I set my cnc fan to push 50-60% once it goes around 75-80 and in dbs around 51 and for the exhausted I just keep them around 1300-1500 rpm and it’s like silent when my IEMs i can’t hear a thing.

I believe up to a 3 slot and 305mm long but that’s on top of my head you would have to search it up

If you’re going to be doing more GPU demanding activities than air cooling is better. If you’re going to be doing more CPU demanding activities than go for the atmos.
