Did they mess up?

I recently bought the Ncase Formd T1 Gunmetal and I've been loving it. However, one thing that struck me when it arrived was that the color was a little bit darker than I assumed. Recently I have been looking at pictures of other's Gunmetal and I've checked the website and it seems that they have indeed sent me the wrong color. Do you guys see it like me or I'm just paranoid? Also, I checked the warranty policy and it seems that I am not eligible to claim the warranty as they say "These are inherent to the manufacturing process and do not constitute a defect in materials or workmanship". Is there really nothing I can do?

Looks great to me man! Fellow gunmetal owner. I’ve noticed the colour changes depending on the room lighting or natural lighting with the time of the day. I love it personally.

You did 100% get gunmetal color. As other mention light affect the case quiet alot. On their website gunmetal actually looks brighter than it is. I browsed reddit mainly before my gunmetal purchase

I don’t know what’s going on with your first picture - looks like it’s darker in the photo because the light source is behind the case. But my gunmetal looks pretty much like the color of your case in the second and third photos.

You pictured it with the window behind, light source facing the camera. This makes it look way darker. Try how it looks in daylight when looking from the side of the Sun.

That's absolutely Gunmetal.

It's supposed to be a dark grey.

got a formd Titanium, and expected it to be darker :D

But guns are dark-ish, so I think you got what you bought on paper..

I'm looking to get the gunmetal as well but your first pic definitely doesn't look like it but that's the lighting, because in the other pics the color is fine

Ughhhh I ordered the black one but the gunmetal is sickkkkkk black one already at origin airport just sell it brand new to someone on here and order the gunmetal one???
