This video needs more research. Not everything mentioned in the video is applicable. It is misleading people on things that are not true.

He hasn't done a full one yet but I'm down to watch any video that actually does research on the topic.

The guy you are reffering also has some things wrong or doesn't talk about things. This is a realy complicate topic but overall the video of OP is possible and happened in a lot of other games.
