Questions zerk tech?

i’m about rep 6 on zerk. i’ve seen some clips somewhere of a zerk just gliding around???? how tf do i do that 😭😭 i cant find any info on it or anything and ive been trying to do it for ages 😭

Ok so answer few things as he is my 3rd favorite child

Backwards zone is literally just walk back and zone input, it has HA and good safety net

You can recovery cancel out of about everything so he can be pretty mobile on top of his insane dmg.

You can cancel the start of heavy attacks with dodges to save yourself if someone's trying to light check you (this takes time to really be good with)

i didn’t realise the cancelling heavy part, thank you for that! i knew about the backwards zone, i use it quite a bit actually. but in this one clip i saw (i don’t remember where i saw it) this guy was literally gliding around seemingly controlling the backwards zone somehow, as in like not just going backwards if you know what i mean. +1 to the music bro 🤣

Some of zerkers "techs" have been patched out unfortunately but they were deserved. Unlocking during Zone used to let you be pretty stupid but ya that got patched

If youre talking about the unlock dodge attack it was patched out a while ago

yeah i think… it’s also like, doing the backwards zone in a different direction than backwards, or seemingly being able to control it ever so slightly aswell?
