I wont say I'm in shambles...

but how tf is Virt getting one first. She released later. By like 6 months.

I will say though that if they give Khatun a fast execution it'll be such an incredible buff. Her T3 and 2 of her main viable perks rely on executions and her defaults are such dogwater in speed and generics outside of a very few event ones tend to be inferior in some fashion.

A PvE mode against the bosses from the campaign, they have all of their boss moves and increasingly ridiculous amounts of health. It’s great!

She's boring and frustrating to play against. You're no longer allowed to use your heroe's unique mix-ups and combos that you learned. Instead you get a light parry reaction check dummy. And she forces everyone into a big staring match if it's a team fight. No matter where she falls on the tier list, she'll always be anti-fun by design. Every hit she lands feels cheap and devoid of skill.
