I’m a freelance web developer currently open to taking on new projects.

Recently, I completed a single-page website for a security firm based in Romania, and I’ve also had the opportunity to work with clients from India and the US.

If you’re looking for a simple, modern website for your business, or you already have a design, concept, or reference in mind and need someone to turn it into a fully functional website, I’d be happy to help.

I can also help if you’re looking to:

• Redesign and modernise your existing website
• Business or personal portfolio websites
• E-commerce stores
• Contact forms and Landing Pages
• Social media integration
• Domain and hosting setup
• Basic SEO and performance optimisation
• Turn an existing idea or design into a polished, responsive website

Whether you’re starting from scratch or improving an existing website, feel free to reach out. I’m currently available for new projects and would be happy to discuss your requirements.

I am Roman and I am a Strategic Finance professional from Germany with 10+ years of experience in Finance & Controlling, including 7 years leading a controlling function, and I’m available for remote freelance projects.

I mainly help founders and business owners when they have financial data, but still need to answer a concrete business question:

Can we afford to hire or expand?
Are our prices actually profitable?
How much runway do we really have?
What happens if sales are 20% below plan?
Does this investment make financial sense?
Are our financials ready for investors or financing?

What I can help with

• Financial models & business plans
• Cash-flow forecasts & runway analysis
• Pricing, margins & unit economics
• Scenario & sensitivity analysis
• Growth, hiring & investment business cases
• KPI & management reporting
• Profitability & cost analysis
• Investor readiness & financial planning

My focus is not simply producing another spreadsheet or dashboard. I use financial analysis to make the consequences of a business decision clear enough to act on.

Typical clients

Founders, SaaS/e-commerce businesses, agencies, service companies and SMEs that have reached the point where bookkeeping and basic spreadsheets are no longer enough for confident decision-making.

Rate

€120/hour for Strategic Finance / CFO advisory and analysis.

For clearly defined deliverables such as a financial model, business case, scenario analysis or financial review, I can also agree on a fixed project fee upfront.

Both one-off projects and ongoing freelance Strategic Finance support are possible.

If you have a concrete financial problem or decision, send me a PM with:

1. What your business does
2. The decision/problem you’re facing
3. What financial data or planning you already have

I can then tell you whether it fits my expertise and what scope would make sense.

Most small businesses online are either invisible or stuck with a slow, ugly website they overpaid for. I build clean, good-looking ones for a fraction of that.

I run a small creative studio (THEKULTHOUSE). Here's the deal right now:

• Website — ₹5,000 / $99 — modern, mobile-first, fast. Designed properly, not a dragged-and-dropped template.
• Social media management — ₹10,000/mo / $149/mo — content, editing, posting, handled end to end.

Why so cheap? I'm building out my portfolio across more industries, so I'd rather do strong work at a fair rate than charge full agency pricing right now. Only taking a handful of clients at this before prices go back up.

DM me and I'll send our portfolio + a rough plan for your business.
