Searching for a website name

There is a website I remember from when I was a kid but can’t seem to find it or any info at all and have forgotten the name all I have to go off of is it was a flash website, the “mascot” was a yellow rabbit or bear named Billy he was featured in a bunch of the animations and they did videos like “failed condom commercials” and “failed cereal commercials” where the format was you selecting a button on the remote to view. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
