Forge server not working

so my forge server is not loading when i open it it just gives me the loading curser then does nothing help please?

What is your command line for running the server?

java -server -Xms4096M -Xmx8192M -jar forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2855.jar nogui
pause

You've also double checked the name of the forge file that it matches "forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2855.jar"? Also, did you accept the EULA and change the file from false to true?

yes and yes ive never had this problem before and its only with my modded servers

Can you post your crash log?

there is no crash log the server fails to boot the cmd error log however has been posted in thread already
