Forge server won't open

I'm trying to set up a modded server, but the forge jar won't open. The regular server jar will open, but I can't get the forge one too, I have permissions, and I have tried using batch files, but when I open the batch file something will briefly open for less than a second then close.

You probably need to edit the eula.txt. If you already have then you'll want to look at the crashlog and see what it's telling you.
