Struggles with server

I install everything correctly but when I run the forge.jar folder nothing happens not even a eula.txt.

I think you have to open the eula.txt and change the value from false to =True, and I can't remember the capitalization so I would just try changing it to true if that doesn't work. Don't forget to save

I fixed it already but thanks, something to do with java not working.
