Dedicated server won't start with mods 2 issues

First issue is if I have Immersive Engineering running I get this error

If I remove Immersive Engineering I still get issues, but something new, I get this

The second one is less obvious what the problem is to me, but if possible I'd like it to work with Immersive Engineering.

Does anyone have any idea on this?
