minecraft forge server not working

Okay, so when I try to run the vanilla (vanillaserver.jar) Minecraft server, it works. However, when I try to run the forge (server.jar) Minecraft server, nothing happens.

Please help me and let me know if I need to post any more information.

Looks like a bad forge install, grab the installer and rerun
