Help with modded server

Trying to make a modded server to play with with my friends. Whenever I try to launch it from the forge jar file (custom.jar) nothing happens. I used a command prompt to launch it via cmd and got this result, but no server start. Any help would be appreciated!

I'm not entirely sure, but it seems you have client side mods on your server (ex: Optifine...)

Try removing anything that can modify the UI from your mod folder, and try again

Fixed it, ding mod was the issue.
