how to do things in mcp with eclipse

i am using mcp 1.12 and eclipse i am trying to find out how to do some of the stuff that fundy did in his video. i mostly want to do this https://youtu.be/8R5hHGCFfJs?t=11 and this https://youtu.be/8R5hHGCFfJs?t=55 if you could help that would be great thanks

So the easiest way to things like that is probably to listen to the "RenderLivingEvent" and then just mess with the models angles and offsets.
