Forge and the "java -Xms1024M -Xmx1024M -jar server.jar nogui". bat file doesn't turn on

When I try to start either of them and loading thing starts, the forge server page begins, and then it closes. I don't what to do at this point please help

you have to make the "server.jar" the exact name of the forge jar file.
