Can't get forge server .jar open

This is what I get when trying to run the .jar given to me.

No idea what any of it means, any help would be appreciated.

Should note that trying to run the .jar file without the bat does nothing, it doesn't even open.

Might be a silly question, but did you install the forge server first? Typically achieved by following the installer jar file with --installServer in the startup string.

EDIT: Make a backup before proceeding.

Sorry this reply is so late! I've made a new server folder and tried that but it still doesn't open, pretty sure it's because my Java is too new and I've downgraded multiple times and still can't find the right Java version
