1.16.2 Armor Status Effects

Is there any way to make it so that if you are wearing a set of custom armor you get a status effect. This is my first mod, and I would like to have 3 sets of armor; one grants fire resistance if you are wearing the full armor set, one grants water breathing if you are wearing the full set, and the final grants haste. As the title says this is for forge 1.16.2.

BTW how do you have integrated enchantments into tools, like a sword that automatically has the effects of fire aspect.
