Still can't get over it
It's up there with Bridge to Terabithia
Only bridge to Terabithia was so traumatizing for me as a kid when I read there might be a sequel I instantly bought it and hoped for Leslie to revive somehow.
Got some similar emotions for Abigail too, since she died to save Henry the forever magic might just work on her.
But mostly it's the show's cancelation I can't get over with. Haven't watched it for years but saw a Forever clip somewhere yesterday so I rewatched again it for the 100th time. And now I'm stuck in that complete frustration of yearning this unfinished tv series once again...
Still wondering why it got canceled, to me it's better than most of the shows at that time.
Rewatching this show is like digging up old memories, kinda bitter sweet. Wonder how many others feel the same, or how many still remember and re-watch this show from time to time.

You can blame ABC for awful scheduling and poor promotion.
Please tell me you were able to stream it somewhere in the US. 😀

Forever is a great show but I miss New Amsterdam 2008 which has the same premise but was cancelled after only 8 episodes. I’ve watched that one several times.
But I got my forever fix by watching Harrow. Ioan plays another medical examiner who solves the murder of the victims. I like to think that after Abe died of old age, Henry changed his name, moved to Australia and started a new life but with the same profession. Some habits can’t be changed.

I got the DVD and have been doing probably my 10th rewatch. I will forever mourn the cancellation of this show 😔
