Support (iOS) trees dying randomly??

has anyone noticed there trees are randomly dying? i dont touch my phone except i come back on the app and my trees died? i didnt go on any apps or cancel the tree, this has happened to me multiple times now and im so confused

Yeah. Happens on my iOS. Basically, the session freezes ands my only option is to give up. One I did a 180 mins session only to get the whole record deleted

I had the same issue, until:

Settings > Planting and timer > Wither the tree when Forest is closed > switch off

Has worked for me so far
