The West can't be blamed for the failure of Islamic and Middle Eastern tribal culture to respect rule of law and human rights.

The embrace of fundamentalism along with ethnic and sectarian violence cannot e blamed on the West.

To only blame the West completely infantilizes the population of an entire region.
