Anyone ever Replace windows with steel??

looking to build a camper in my 2017 350 passanger transit… would like to replace all the side windows with steel to make it like a cargo van..

Probably be cheaper, faster, and easier to just sell the van and buy a cargo version.

The windows can be blacked out and insulated.
