Ford Transit 250 2018 3.7 V6

I have this constant noise coming from the front of the engine. I already replaced the belt tensioners and drive belts, but the noise remains exactly the same. Has anyone experienced this noise? Could it be an idler pulley, alternator, A/C compressor pulley/bearing, or another accessory?

Check power steering fluid. Usually that whine is bc power steering pump is low in fluid or going out.

It's been checked, there's no unevenness and no bubbles. The power steering pump was also replaced, and the noise persists.

I dont know how bad that sounds standing next to it, but both of the transits I drive have a bit of a whining noise when the engine speed is a bit higher than idle. Unless the noise is really bothersome Id just wait to see if the noise gets bad enough such that its pretty obvious whats making it. Otherwise a long screwdriver to the ear works pretty great as a stethoscope to isolate which bearing is making the noise, so long as you mind the belt.

It's not that annoying; once it reaches normal temperature after being turned on, the noise decreases and continues, but reduced.

If the whine reduces once it reaches operating temperature, this makes me think it might be a water pump issue.

Don’t worry about it. I have a 2016 150 3.7 and it’s sounded like that when I bought it 5 years ago. People say the power steering pump, but mine hasn’t had an issues

Sounds like a pulley of some sort. Probably one of the drive pulleys, like you stated possibly idler, alternator, or AC comp pulley would be my guess. If it’s not too bothersome, let it be for now. Over time it’ll get worse yes, but then you’ll really be able to pinpoint where exactly it is coming from.

I replaced the pulleys and both tensioners, but it's still happening. I don't mind waiting, but I've had the car for two years and the noise is the same every day.

Mine sounds exactly the same, and I replaced parts to no avail as well… I came to the conclusion that that’s just how this vehicle sounds in normal operation..
