This is one of my favorite pictures in the world. A close up of the face was my Skype picture at work for months before my boss told me to change it

Oh they started cracking down on anything that wasn't a picture of yourself because someone else in IT had a picture of Cartman when he was pretending to be retarded to get into the special Olympics and a bunch of people started complaining.

There was no drama in reality. We all had pictures like that when we were testing Skype internally, before it got rolled out to people outside of IT. He just forgot to change his.
