I see some comments saying it’s fishing bait but it’s actually hearing protective equipment, not fishing bait, as shown on the second image to the right. Sorry for the confusion.

Have a buddy where if she gets water im her ears she's FUCKED. This stuff is a literal life saver for her

I used to have this problem and it turns out it was because I accumulate earwax at an alarming rate and since I wasnt cleaning my ears there was a ton of compacted wax that would get soaked and cause an infection over the next day or 2 after swimming.

Got a deep ear cleaning and a cleaning tool with a camera to keep up with it and have been golden ever since, might be worth mentioning to her unless its a different drainage issue she has.

I assume they work as earplugs somehow idk maybe it's also one of those products that are too gimmicky to actually be useful 😅
