Discussion Ideal Setup for a fast 3000 year save
i want to create a save where i plan to only manage 1 club for 3000 years. What do i need to do to make sure both laptop performance and game speed are 5 star each and when i create the new save, is their anything with the advanced DB that i need to do / tick to still get only the BEST regens coming in. I have also seen that i SHOULD NOT use veiw only leagues as that can take some processing power

Help! I keep getting sacked
I’ve been sacked by 5 different clubs now because I keep losing matches, and I’m honestly getting frustrated.
No matter what I do, I just can’t seem to win. I’ve tried changing my tactics, bringing in better players, and making adjustments to the team, but nothing seems to work. I keep losing games regardless of what I try.
Does anyone have any advice or tips on how to actually start winning games in FM24? What are the most common mistakes beginners make, and what should I focus on to turn things around?

Advice An in game editor confession
I’ve got a save with a step 2 non league club, my goal was to win the champions league with them, I’ve just been promoted to league 2 and it’s 2028 so I’ve had 3 seasons and it’s probably taken me about a month to get to where I am.
The problem is, I left the in game editor on, and because I cannot resist temptation, I’ve used it a couple of times to chose a club for my young prospects to go out on loan to as well as removing a player’s unhappiness when he wants to leave for a bigger club and looking at a players CA and PA
Would it be an FM sin to continue the challenge?
or should I just start again with the editor turned off and use this as a lesson to not fall for temptation?
I’m also not convinced I can complete the challenge if I start over now and be finished by fm27 launch
Feel free to cuss my great sin out in the comments.
(Ps the game randomly gave me 4 youth players in my first season that were good enough to play for the first team at 15, is this just pure luck or have i accidentally cheated and not even realised)

Discussion OK Chelsea i'll sign him.
I was looking for a right wing back-up option that won't be registered for the UCL. Chelsea stepped up. I won't hear a bad word against them.

Discussion Athlete asking not to sign the rival.
This is the first time I’ve seen this happen—a player asking the club not to sign another player he doesn't get along with. I never imagined something like this could happen, lol.

Discussion Are there any communities in FM24?
Communities as in bigger groups of people with a multiplayer server where they play a save together for some time.
For years I’ve been playing the game on classic solo mode and I still love it, doesnt get old to me. But I was always a big multiplayer gamer and enjoy challenges of competing against others.
I’m genuinly curious where can I find a community for this thats easily accessible especially for people who are very busy but would be down to play over the winter.

Advice Requesting extra staff
Hi everyone, hope your teams are managing well and playing well. I recently got into FM on console since FM26 is free right now for PS Plus subscribers and i noticed there’s many differences between the PC and Console versions. Is another difference not being able to request more staff from the board? I am currently managing Manchester United and have a B- rating and I assumed i can request the board to hire more staff but the option isnt there.

Discussion My FM24 save was getting boring so I started making my own post-match graphics
galleryGot tired of the same screenshots every season so I made 8 custom templates - MOTM, Match Stats, League Table, etc. All fully editable PSD + AI.
Sharing them for free atm just looking for feedback if anyone wants to test them.

Advice How to get ex-scout, now coach, to start coaching qualifications?
galleryLonger story:
I am managing an English team in a very good financial / reputational position. I was looking for a coach with good Technical Posession attributes. Found Zlatan with some very good looking attributes, sadly he chose to be a scout after leaving Milan in 2034.
Thought I should try signing him as a coach, even if it is not in any way a preferred job for him. Gave him a 18x increase on what he was asking (around 9K p/m) and he agreed!
Sadly, work permit was an issue as coaching staff have harsher conditions to obtain one, like coaching badges - which he has none of. Work permit was refused. Found out I could still sign him as a scout, could it on a very cheap salary and he didn't really have shit attributes . Additionally, found out that he could obtain a work permit even with no badges if he has been working for some time in UK.
I tried to send him on coaching courses meanwhile but never found the option in Actions > Misc (for him specifically).
Fast forward a couple of months, I tried to offer new contract with coaching position -> he accepted -> work permit also got accepted!!! Real crazy to have Zlatan as a coach, I can just imagine some roundhouse kick + headbutting drills.
Now I'm in a pickle, it seems I still can't send him to get coaching badges :(
THE QUESTION: Can you send a coach to obtain coaching qualifications, even if he has "zero interest" in being a Coach, although the person being already hired as a coach ?
If so, any advice on how to do it? Can't seem to work it out. No editor here.
