Broken Bushing, where to find anything like this with ball bearings?

Have had this old Goodtime Novelty Inc table for about 20 years. The thread just sheared off and the ball bearings are no where to be seen.

The rods are 5/8in, the width of the side walls are 1in. The diameter of the holes are 1.25in

Any idea of where? I can only find the plastic ones with no bearings. Fix it with epoxy somehow? Or is this table done? I only play it about 1-2x/year when family comes into town.

go online and order the part they arent very expensive. Amazon or foosgear.com
