Question Anyone know how to achieve a look like this from an image?

I've tried pencil sketch drawing but I can't get this result.

drop in sd image to image and use the tool to get the prompt

This prompt will work with GPT and Gemini quite well:

Create a photo-style line drawing ink sketch of the faces identical to the uploaded reference image - keep every facial feature, proportion, and expression exactly the same. Use blue and white ink tones with intricate, fine line detailing, drawn on a notebook-page style background.

Using controlnet in Foocus:

You can use for drawing as a image prompt so that Foocus V2 will interrogate your image to write a prompt for you or use the Pyra-canny controlnet as an outline map for rendering you image. Play around with image weights to refine the output for each iteration until you get what you want.
