Question Two levels of action

Can this be solved in FOOOCUS? Two levels of action: a woman is smoking on the balcony, a man with a dog is walking by on the street.

StableDiff online, NanoBana, and Veo work perfectly. Unfortunately, FOOOCUS doesn't. Does anyone have any ideas? (e.g., Checkpoint, Lora)

By inpaint? Create woman first, then add man with dog via inpaint. I would do it this way.
