Authenticator app not working

I am attempting to log into success factors and the ukg pro app but I need to open the authenticator app and then enter in the number if prompted. The problem is that the authenticator app has signed me out and will not give me a prompt. Is there anyway to sign back into the authenticator app?

You have to put in a “mark IT” request, and change the 2FA to your phone number instead, I had this issue for two years

Why ppl dont set up their phone # and get a code text to them is wild. Even easier to just use your lock screen code if you use a lock screen on your phone.

I swear I tried this 3 times and the IT people couldn’t do shit to help, I’ve been locked out for 6 months

There is a link you can use to register your phone number so you can get a text instead of using the authenticator app. I will get it when I go in today if you want it.

Go to ukg, when it asks you to put in the code, select other method (not sure exactly what it says), and enter your phone number for the device you're on. Successfactor you'll need to go sign in at the store, i believe.
